Parícutin
Parícutin (Volcan de Paricutin) is a cinder cone volcano located in the state of Michoacan, Mexico. It is located near the city of Urupán and about 322 kilometer west of Mexico City. It has been established as a natural wonder. In 1943 the volcano suddenly erupted from a local farmer’s cornfield. Due to which it became the wonderful Parícutin. It is the youngest volcano to form in the Northern Hemisphere. It attracted both popular and scientific attention.
